It is a subscription-based service offering unlimited graphic design, illustrations, presentation design, and motion graphics for a flat monthly fee. It provides a global design workforce and aims to simplify the creative process for businesses. They offer a variety of plans with different levels of service, including options for video editing and AI-powered design.

As part of a global quality team, I was responsible for reviewing creative deliverables to ensure alignment with client briefs, brand guidelines, and Design Pickle’s quality standards. My role required a balance of speed, precision, and communication to safeguard customer satisfaction across hundreds of daily requests.
Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

Reviewed an average of 50+ creative requests per day (designs, graphics, brand assets), identifying technical errors (pixelation, typos, formatting issues) and critical issues (brief misalignment, missing/copyrighted content).

Ensured deliverables adhered to the Overall Support Process Flow (OSPF), applying client-specific brand guidelines, preferences, and communication styles.

Produced weekly performance reports tracking volume, quality scores, and accuracy; collaborated with supervisors during 1:1s to implement process improvements.

Maintained high pacing and accuracy, consistently meeting productivity goals without sacrificing quality.

Operated across multiple platforms and tools including Adobe Suite, Notion, Slack, and Design Pickle’s internal platform (DPP) to manage workflow and ensure smooth delivery.
